Traeger Smoked Tri Tip
I have stolen this recipe from Traeger’s website.

Ingredients
Meat
- 3-5 lb tri-tip
Seasoning
- 2 tblsp salt
- 2 tblsp pepper
Directions
Set Traeger temperature to 225℉. For optimal flavor, use “Super Smoke” if available.
Generously season all sides of the tri tip with the standard seasoning above or any other choice of seasoning you may have.
Place the tri-tip in Traeger and cook until the internal temperature reaches 130℉, 60-90 minutes.
Remove tri-tip and wrap in foil. Increase Traeger temperature to 450℉ and pre-heat for 15 minutes
Unwrap tri-tip and place in Traeger for 4 minutes each side.
Remove tri-tip from Traeger and let rest for 10-15 minutes. Cut against the grain, then serve.
